Terms and Conditions

1 Registration

1.1 Registration will open three weeks prior to the beginning of classes. You may register in person during scheduled hours, online at www.sandrawardstudio.com at any time or by mail during the registration period.

1.2 Places on classes are allocated on a first to pay first served basis and we cannot guarantee your place in a class prior to receipt of full payment.

1.3 Registering after the course has begun is at my discretion.

2 Fees

2.1 All amounts payable must be received before the commencement of the class. Your place in the class is not confirmed until full payment is received.

2.2 Payment in advance can be paid by credit or debit card on our website www.sandrawardstudio.com or in the form of cash or personal check made out to Sandra Ward. All returned checks are subject to a $25 returned check fee.

2.3 Students enrolling in more than one class or families enrolling more than one student during the same session are eligible for a 25% discount off the additional class.

3 Withdrawals and Refunds

3.1 Refunds for class withdrawals are based on individual circumstances and at my discretion.

3.2 Refunds will be made by check issued in the name of the payee and mailed to the address provided on the registration form.

4 Cancellation by Us

4.1 In the event a session is cancelled, you will be given a full refund.

5. Cancellation by You

5.1 In the event of missed classes due to student illness or emergency, makeup classes may be offered at my discretion. In the event of missed classes for other non-emergency situations, we will look at each individual situation but as a rule, are unable to provide make up classes.

5.2 Make up classes must be made up during that session. If the session is at an end, it must be made up at the beginning of the following session.

5.3 A maximum of two make up classes will be allowed.

6. Conduct:

6.1 Students are expected to conduct themselves in a polite and respectful manner: Any student who is found to be disruptive, may be asked to leave that class.

6.1 Please make sure to arrive to class on time. It is disruptive to fellow students to arrive late.

7. Class Materials:

7.1 The class fees include the use of some basic materials which will be provided, but please see the supply list (or please ask us) for details of the additional materials that you will need to bring.

7.2 Each student is responsible for their own equipment and materials. We are not responsible for personal possessions or supplies.

8. Media Release:

8.1 Any images taken during classes will only be used with prior written consent from the parent or guardian.
